Ltt Group is a UK-based supply chain sustainability consultancy. Large organisations bring us in to get their suppliers moving on sustainability. Suppliers come to us to meet those requirements and win more work because of it.
Why Ltt exists
Before Ltt, Jon Wragg was a chief sustainability officer and global sustainability director in complex supply chains, from packaging to automotive. He had the technology, dashboards and strategy consultants he needed, but nobody to follow up with the suppliers who weren't answering his questionnaires. A 15% response rate was considered exceptional.
He first had the idea for Ltt years earlier, but it went nowhere because "the legislation wasn't there". He set up Ltt Group with co-founder Stefanie Kitridge in July 2025.
What we do
We work on both sides of the supply chain.
For large organisations, we take on the work of engaging your suppliers. We assess them against your requirements, work with the ones who need action and report progress to your leadership team.
How we work with corporatesFor suppliers, we help you meet what your customers are asking for and use it to win work. That might mean an EcoVadis assessment, carbon figures, tender answers or training for your team.
How we work
Corporate partners get a quarterly report on their suppliers' progress. Suppliers are told plainly where they stand.
Buyers now look past the certificate to the evidence behind it, so we help suppliers build that evidence.
If a training session will do the job, we'll say so rather than sell a consultancy project.
Where we are now
In our first year we've worked with businesses in finance, hospitality, engineering, manufacturing and chemicals, and with suppliers of organisations including HSBC, Marriott Hotels, CBRE and Laing O'Rourke. We've delivered training for HSBC and American Airlines, become an EcoVadis Accredited Consulting Partner and won Sustainable Supply Chain Partner at Go Green Now's Inner Circle Awards 2026. We're also shortlisted for three Yorkshire Post Business Awards, including the Sustainability Award.
