For suppliers

Carbon figures you can put in front of a customer.

When a customer questionnaire or tender asks for your carbon footprint, your answer can decide whether you keep the contract or win the next one. We measure your footprint with you, so the figures stand up to checking, and show you how to use them in your answers.

When you'll need it

  • A customer questionnaire asks for your Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions

  • A tender asks you to prove how you're reducing energy use or emissions

  • You're preparing for an EcoVadis assessment

  • A central government contract worth more than £5m a year needs a carbon reduction plan under PPN 006

What you get

  • A carbon baseline covering Scope 1 and Scope 2, with Scope 3 work available where your customers ask for it
  • A report you can share with customers
  • Advice on using your figures in tender answers and customer conversations
  • A list of the data you'll need to collect for next year
  • The option to run your own figures afterwards on Vizibli, the carbon accounting platform we partner with, with training from us

What a tender evaluator looks for

An evaluator won't score a number on its own. Our founder Jon Wragg calls the missing part the "which means what": what has changed because of the figure, and the evidence to prove it. We help you write that part of the answer.

Recent work

LNT Solutions already held ISO 14001 but needed to show customers what it meant when bidding for work. We visited their site, built their carbon baseline and documented the data they'd need for future reporting and tenders.

Cotswold Architectural Products needed help working out what their customers were asking for. An eight-week sprint gave them a carbon baseline, an internal guide for answering customers, and policy and website wording. The work has grown into a 24-month partnership.
