For corporates

Get your suppliers to act on your sustainability requirements.

Ltt does the practical supplier engagement and follow-through that busy procurement and sustainability teams struggle to resource. We contact your suppliers, explain what you need in terms they understand, follow them up and report progress to you every quarter, alongside EcoVadis or whatever systems you already use. Your team keeps the requirements and the decisions.

Where supplier programmes lose momentum

Questionnaires go out and only a fraction come back. When our founder Jon Wragg ran supplier programmes as a chief sustainability officer, a 15% response rate was considered exceptional.

Suppliers who don't reply are often looking at a framework they've never used, with nobody in the business whose job it is and no idea where to start.

What the research shows

A 2026 study of 394 procurement, sustainability, compliance and risk leaders across Europe found that:

  • 79%

had been hit by a sustainability-related supply chain risk with significant financial or operational impact in the past three years

  • 60%

have no visibility of sustainability risks beyond their Tier 1 suppliers

  • 33%

rate their supply chain resilience as high or very high

Limited use of advanced technology was named as a main barrier by 15%, behind unreliable data (31%), supplier engagement (25%), limited resources (23%) and turning risk insight into action (16%).

What you get

  • A clear picture of your suppliers.

Starting from the supplier list you share with us, we show who's in scope, where each supplier stands against your requirements and who needs attention first.

  • Supplier contact and follow-up.

We contact your suppliers, explain the requirement in their terms, agree what each one will do next and keep following up.

  • The right level of help for each supplier.

Depending on where they start, a supplier might need one education session or ongoing hands-on support.

  • Quarterly reporting for your leadership team.

Who's been contacted, how they've responded, what they'll do next and where support is still needed.

Alongside your existing systems

Whether you use EcoVadis, osapiens, Oracle, Sage, or your own supplier management system, your platform will show you where the gaps are. Ltt does the work with your suppliers to close them, and you don't need to change systems to use us.

How it works

  1. Stage 1: Map.

Share your supplier list and the criteria behind your requirement. We assess where each supplier stands, analyse the gaps and give you a priority list, so you know which suppliers to start with. Where the data allows, we go beyond your Tier 1 suppliers.

  2. Stage 2: Engage.

We contact your priority suppliers, explain what you're asking for and follow through with each one, from a single education session to hands-on consultancy.

We're flexible on how the engagement works, and will discuss this with you before we start.

  3. Stage 3: Report.

Every quarter you get a report built around your leadership team's briefings, showing which suppliers have responded, where they're stuck and what should happen next quarter.
